The Vision
A world where inner peace is not a luxury, but a way of life
We have learned to live almost entirely on the external side of life, while the internal and spiritual dimensions remain neglected. Dr. Jan's work is to restore that balance: the outer life is not rejected, but brought under the light of the Spirit.
The teaching begins where people actually live: in family, work, questions, suffering, service, and the desire for fulfilment. From there, attention is guided back to the Self.
This is not escape from the world. It is learning to stand in the world without being trapped by the body, the mind, or the false identity built around them.

Our Approach
Simple, direct, and practical
The teaching does not ask students to collect endless ideas. Dr. Jan often returns students to one question: what is actually changing in you? A little genuine change is more valuable than many books.
Through teaching, practice, counselling, and direct guidance, the student learns to move from external pleasure, through internal happiness, toward the bliss of Spirit.
